Harold Henrich

Principal Investigator

Harold W. Henrich is a nationally recognized fire and explosion investigator with more than 20 years of experience conducting origin and cause investigations throughout the United States. He has investigated over 950 fire losses involving residential and commercial structures, heavy equipment, motor vehicles, and large-loss incidents in both the public and private sectors.

 

Mr. Henrich holds multiple nationally recognized certifications, including Certified Fire Investigator (IAAI-CFI), Evidence Collection Technician (IAAI-ECT), Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI), and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI). He is also a Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, and North Carolina licensed private investigator and has been qualified as an expert witness in fire origin and cause investigations.

 

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Henrich has served in senior investigative and leadership roles with EFI Global, Envista Forensics, Rimkus Consulting Group, and the North Carolina Office of the State Fire Marshal. His expertise includes fire scene examination, evidence documentation and preservation, subrogation investigations, litigation support, expert witness testimony, and complex fire and explosion causation analysis.

 

Mr. Henrich earned a Bachelor of Science in Fire Administration and Fire Investigation from Columbia Southern University and maintains extensive continuing education in NFPA 921, NFPA 1033, electrical fire analysis, lithium-ion battery fires, vehicle fire investigations, and advanced fire investigation methodologies. His commitment to scientific fire investigation and professional excellence has made him a trusted resource for insurance carriers, attorneys, corporations, and public agencies nationwide.
